Note: Volume purchase = $5,000 + in bulk supplies and/or custom kits in one single purchase order
- This agreement is made between Bright SchoolKitz, LLC (“BSK”) and School as named below.
- School agrees to participate in BSK’s Volume School Supply program and to either purchase school supplies in bulk and/or purchase multiple kits in one order.
- BSK can make necessary substitutions in kits with similar items/values with a notification to School.
- School is responsible for providing delivery and shipping information correctly in the BSK’s Organizer Portal. School is aware that the wrong information or late input of information can result in delays in shipping.
